Instant Concrete Estimate
Answer four quick questions — trace your project on a satellite map or just enter the measurements — and see a real Metro Detroit price range. No email required to see the number.
A Real Range, Not a Teaser
The numbers above come from the same per-square-foot pricing we use when we write an actual quote. They are not padded to make the phone ring, and they are not lowballed to get us in your driveway. If the ballpark looks like more than you expected, that is genuinely what quality concrete costs in Metro Detroit right now — and you have saved yourself a sales visit.
What the price includes
Our pricing is all-in per square foot. That covers tear-out and haul-away of the old concrete on replacement jobs, base preparation, reinforcement, the pour and finish, and cut control joints. We don't quote a low rate and then add line items for the parts that were always going to be necessary.
Why smaller jobs cost more per foot
Mobilizing a crew, equipment and a concrete truck costs about the same whether we're pouring 300 square feet or 1,200. That fixed cost gets spread across fewer feet on a small job, so the per-foot rate is higher. Our rates step down at 500 and again at 1,000 square feet, and there's a project minimum covering a one-day job.
What the estimator can't see
It doesn't know your site. Truck access, what condition the base is in under the old slab, whether the ground drains, how thick the existing concrete is, and how much has to come out — those are the things that move a real number in either direction. That's why the on-site measure is free and why we don't ask you to commit to anything to get one.
