Answer four quick questions — trace your project on a satellite map or just enter the measurements — and see a real Metro Detroit price range. No email required to see the number.

    How This Works

A Real Range, Not a Teaser

The numbers above come from the same per-square-foot pricing we use when we write an actual quote. They are not padded to make the phone ring, and they are not lowballed to get us in your driveway. If the ballpark looks like more than you expected, that is genuinely what quality concrete costs in Metro Detroit right now — and you have saved yourself a sales visit.

    What the price includes

Our pricing is all-in per square foot. That covers tear-out and haul-away of the old concrete on replacement jobs, base preparation, reinforcement, the pour and finish, and cut control joints. We don't quote a low rate and then add line items for the parts that were always going to be necessary.

Why smaller jobs cost more per foot

Mobilizing a crew, equipment and a concrete truck costs about the same whether we're pouring 300 square feet or 1,200. That fixed cost gets spread across fewer feet on a small job, so the per-foot rate is higher. Our rates step down at 500 and again at 1,000 square feet, and there's a project minimum covering a one-day job.

    What the estimator can't see

It doesn't know your site. Truck access, what condition the base is in under the old slab, whether the ground drains, how thick the existing concrete is, and how much has to come out — those are the things that move a real number in either direction. That's why the on-site measure is free and why we don't ask you to commit to anything to get one.

    Estimate FAQs

How accurate is the instant concrete estimate?

It's a ballpark, not a quote. The range reflects our real per-square-foot pricing for the finish and size you choose, including tear-out and haul-away on replacement work. What it can't see is your site — access for trucks, the condition of the base under the old slab, drainage, and how much has to be removed. Those are what move a real number, which is why the on-site measure is free.

    What's included in the estimate?

Our pricing is all-in per square foot. It covers tear-out and haul-away of the existing concrete on replacement jobs, base preparation, reinforcement, the pour and finish, and control joints. There are no separate line items added on afterward.

Why does a small job cost more per square foot?

Because the fixed costs don't shrink with the job. Mobilizing a crew, equipment and a concrete truck costs roughly the same whether the pour is 300 square feet or 1,200. Our rates step down at 500 and 1,000 square feet, and there's a project minimum that covers a one-day job.

Do I have to give my contact details to see a price?

No. The ballpark shows immediately as you change the options — no email, no phone number, no form. If you want a firm number you can send the estimate through for a free on-site measure, but that's entirely optional.

    How soon can you start?

It depends on the season. The Michigan pouring window runs roughly April through October and spring and summer book up fast, so lead times are longest mid-season. Off-season enquiries usually have the pick of the schedule. We'll tell you honestly where you fall when we measure.
